Breast care after birth

First Ordering

Second Ordering

Ordering Third
- Hold the base of the breast with both hands and massage the breast towards the nipple base as much as 1 times.
Fourth Ordering

- Compression.
- Compress the breast with a warm washcloth over two minutes, then replace it with cold water compress the last two minutes and compress again with warm water 2 minutes.
